If you email the following link
http://ecography.com/pdftest/test.php?&test=1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890
It doesn't read the whole link when you email it. I get an email reply saying this:
Submitted web page was successfully converted to PDF, PDF file is attached to this e-mail. Submitted url: http://ecography.com/pdftest/test.php?&test=3d1234567890123456789012345678
I submitted two separate links, one from yahoo and one from my test and both get truncated at 74 characters.
When I submit that huge url through the website it converts it fine.
That long url is for example, but if a url has a lot of variables in it, it will get cutoff.

It seems you are correct. There's something going on between my mail server and yours (or all servers like mine and yours). I tested with gmail and it's fine, as well as my personal.
When the email leaves my mail server I see the url is intact. I'm using Exchange and looked at the raw logs.
I will continue to invastigate this to see if I can help pinpoint a cause. Obviously if it's just me it's not an issue, but it may effect more users.
