When I click on save page as a PDF button, I get the popups blocked notice.

Internet explorer 7 & it is in the links toolbar, which is where I thought the web site told me to install it.

There is nothing we can do about this, IE works in such way. There are several solutions for this, which you like or not 
* Click on pop-up bar and choose allow pop-up for the site. When you visit another web site you will need to do the same.
* Disable pop-up blocker on IE.
* Use another more secure browser Firefox or Google Chrome. I use Google Chrome and it is the best browser so far for me.
