Error on some pages

Hi Tomas,
Thank you for your time. Yes, you are correct - when cutting and pasting as you've done, it works fine. However, if you click on the link below and convert the page as the user will do by clicking "Save to PDF" button at the bottom of the page, it will not convert properly as described earlier. Please click (not "cut and paste") in this next link to see the problem:

http://lakesidepottery.com/HTML%20Text/Registration%20form2.html

Thanks again and please let me know what you find.

How to reproduce this error?

I just tried to paste url http://lakesidepottery.com/HTML%20Text/Registration%20form2.html at http://www.web2pdfconvert.com/ clicked convert and web page was converted successfully. File download also works fine.

Hi and thank you for helping,

When using the Convert to PDF feature, it appears to work and comes up with the message "PDF successfully created". However, when selecting "Download PDF file", the following message comes up.

------------------------------------------------------------

"Not FoundThe requested URL /HTML was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4
FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at lakesidepottery.com Port 80

--------------------------------------------

This happend on some pages such as: http://lakesidepottery.com/HTML%20Text/Registration%20form2.html but works well on some others (such as: http://lakesidepottery.com/index.html)

Using print style sheet with PDF button

This feature is implemented. Please visit http://www.web2pdfconvert.com and click on Options button and in option form you will find "Use print media-type". Please check it to use print css sheets.

To use this feature in PDF button on your web site you will need to add printtype=true variable like this

<a href="http://www.web2pdfconvert.com/convert.aspx?printtype=true">Save to PDF</a>

Add this html code to your web site and you will find that now conversion will use print css style sheet.

Thank you for your test link, the problem is solved. Please keep in mind that web page which you are trying to convert to PDF is ~500 pages long, it took about two minutes for us to convert it but after all it was converted successfully.
pages: 1 2
